I know it's been a very long time since our last blog entry but our laptop isn't working and so we've been using my dad's computer. This is not easy since Katie usually comes into his office with me and gets into all sorts of things. No, this is not a picture of our laptop. Our laptop likely has a virus or something and it won't even boot up. We are hoping to have it fixed soon which will make blogging easier.
In other news we are expecting our second child 9/9/09. Too bad it probably won't come on the due date. I think that would be a cool birthday to have. We are very excited to have another little one join our family. It has been fun for the most part to be pregnant again. I haven't been as sick as I was with Katie but I have been much more tired (I guess running after a toddler would do that to you, pregnant or not). Tomorrow we will be finding out the baby's gender. I don't plan on updating the blog until at least early next week so if you haven't voted on what you think our baby will be please do.
The last of our big news is that John has gotten a job. Yea! He quit working for the Church in July. We are so glad that we had our savings to live off of along with support from our parents. John is now working as the Executive Housekeeper at the Chase Suite Hotel. He is enjoying his job and responsibilities which include scheduling, assigning rooms to the house keepers, hiring, and inventory, among other things. Hospitality is something both John and I enjoy and it is fun for me to be involved with it through him.

I was a little disappointed that wasn't your laptop... but i guess that's for the best. :) I want a phonecall when you find out what the baby is going to be- you can leave me a voicemail- I still check it every couple of days here in Thailand- so I'll call you.
Much Love!!
And John- I'm so glad you found work that it sounds like you enjoy!
Congrats on the new job and the new little one on it's way. Can't wait to find out the gender.
Congrats on the pregnancy news, Britta! And Congrats to John on the job! We have you all in prayer. I still remember you and the girls at sleepovers and dances at our house... am finally getting around to scrapbooking some of those events. :)
